Everything starts in one place. And then- it spreads. Other global providers seeing how USA biased one make money this way - will follow. and soo the whole world, not just USA will be like this.
And before that? lets face it - most known internet services, google, Facebook, Twiter, Dig, Youtube, YouPorn lol - all of them have their main servers placed in states.

Not to burst your bubble but...

I actualy think the first one is better.
the first one was a unique mix of SaladFingers-style, better voice acting(i seriously LOVED the original Klarissa voice), was more mysterious and less obvious. you know, all those questions you must had answeared and figured out by yourself. it left much for imagination and interpretation. Oh and the music... why you have dumped that epic song by VegetarianMeat ".melting"?
the last animation was a great and unique mix of insanity, lonelyness, dark secrets and something... soo unreal. i could have sworn that somewhere, out there, is a very lonely child. Named Klarrisa. And that she has those dreams. And this animation is her dreams put on paper. that i SEE her dreams. it touched me. it touched me deeply.

of course your animation and graphics skills imporved by that time but well, good effects are not always a proof of good movie. some of the best movies i know are mute, black'n'white but their tension, the atmosphear is soooo damn powerfull that i totaly ignore the visiuals. same here. try and dig up the atmosphear and "sound" of that previous version. and then cover it with your present skills and graphics.

if this would be my first time watching this story i would give it a 3-4/5 6-7/10.
but seeing it having the last one in mind i cannot give it a good rating.

dont get me wrong. its not bad. it is just SOOO much in the shadow of the original that i cant even compare. thats why i give it "No stars". not because its bad. but because i cant rate. just this.
